It was the team XRAY t4 sponsored by Mr. toys racing that dominated this class all weekend, Driven by Michael Sherman this XRAY was un stoppable in all aspects. In practice was where he showed his true pace with doing mid 18â™s where others were struggling to do a 19 sec lap.
Day 1
First up we had a thunder storm early in the morning so racing didnâ™t commence until around 1pm,In the first heat he managed to do a 17.67 and the next nearest was Jai Perry a Brisbane local with a 18.21 sec lap so the XRAY showed its true colours early in the event.
The secound heat was diplayed in the same manner as where the mr toys XRAY showed his pace again where he did a 20/6m2.183 17.79 single lap and the defeating Australian champion did a 20/6m13.48 18.40single lap.
As the event went on the mr toys XRAY was unstopable and he was in a class of his own, it was a great display of racing to watch.
The reamaining heats of qualifying were all consistent with the round 1 and 2 heats where the mr toys XRAY showed and set the pace through all heats.
